Andrea Navedo
Andrea Navedo (born Andrea Navedo) is an author and published American actor, author and writer. Her first appearance was on the daytime soaps such as One Life to Live or Guiding Light, and later had roles as a supporting actress in primetime television. Andrea Navedo, an American singer and actress born on the streets of The Bronx New York United States 10th October 1977. Navedo began her professional acting career in soaps that aired in the daytime. In 1995 through 1997 Navedo starred on ABC's One Life to Live in the role of Linda Soto. The actress joined the CBS soap Guiding Light in 1999 as Theresa Sandoval. In 1996, she appeared in only a small role in Girl 6 and then went onto appear in New York Undercover. Navedo played as a character in Double Take, an action-comedy film that debuted in 2001. The drama Washington Heights was released the next year. From 2001 to 2004 Navedo was a frequent character on the NBC crime drama Law & Order as Detective Ana Cordova. Later, he appeared in Law & Order: Criminal Intent Damages as well as Blue Bloods. Navedo was also in a variety of other films as well, such as El Cantante or Remember Me. Navedo had recurring roles in Law & Order: Special Victims Unit as well as How to Make It in America Golden Boy from 2011 until 2013. Superfast! is a film where Navedo was the lead. The parody film of The Fast and the Furious series debuted in the year 2015. Navedo's career in the field started with soaps for daytime. From 1995 until 1997, she played Linda Soto in the ABC soap show One Life to Live. Then, in 1999, she made her debut as Theresa Sandoval in the CBS soap opera Guiding Light. The actress made her debut in film by playing a minor role on Girl 6 (1996) and then appeared in the episodes New York Undercover and The District. Navedo starred with Double Take, an action-comedy film in 2001.
